🌿 Week 1 — Embody the Moment

This week helps you reconnect with your body in simple, grounded ways.

You learn how to notice early signs of tension, stress, or emotional build-up before they spiral into overwhelm.

Real-life shifts often include:

• catching yourself before reacting

• feeling more present in everyday moments

• recognizing what your body actually needs

🌙 Week 2 — Acknowledge, Allow & Align

Instead of pushing emotions aside or powering through, you practice meeting sensations and feelings without judgment.

This helps your nervous system stop escalating.

Real-life shifts often include:

• emotions moving through instead of getting stuck

• less internal pressure to “handle it”

• clearer decisions without overthinking

🔔 Week 3 — Signal Safety to Your Nervous System

This week focuses on practical, body-based tools to help your system downshift out of stress mode.

You learn what actually helps your body feel safe

in the middle of real life.

Real-life shifts often include:

• feeling calmer during busy or unpredictable moments

• faster recovery after stress

• less emotional reactivity
